Not for being snobbish but because in Ohara there is no good bread, and there is nothing better than a homemade breakfast!<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1428224773110_127053\">Using a lot Eric Kayser&#8217;s book on bread making in the past 12 months I really learned a lot and manage to make some good breads, brioches, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1428224773110_127056\">In 2015 I&#8217;m well decided to continue and learn more.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1428224773110_127059\">So here are my first two breads in 2015:<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1428224773110_127062\">Rye bread and Orange bread.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-PecqTQO2nqI\/VKVSyXGECuI\/AAAAAAAAAPU\/7gTADYLDGW0\/s640\/blogger-image-705478095.jpg\" title=\"\" alt=\"\"\/><img src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/-uCXkGTjjy2U\/VKVSzuVmyeI\/AAAAAAAAAPc\/KABWNQ0bKuU\/s640\/blogger-image-1979726841.jpg\" title=\"\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About a year ago I&#8217;ve started to bake my own bread on week-ends.
